We prefer agreements, so we both know the expectations of our relationship. We like the K.I.S.S. Method- the principle based in the idea that it is not wise to make things unnecessarily complicated. Keep It Simple and Smart.

Our services are structured in a way that will benefit a small business with a few computers to a large business with 100+ computers and multiple servers. No matter what tier will be most beneficial to your organization, our goal is to help our clients grow, with ever-changing technology.

We also offer complete management, monitoring, and maintenance of your IT infrastructure, which is vital to making your organization run more efficiently, catch problems before they happen, and maintain your network with security patches and other monthly maintenance features that will keep your systems protected and running smoothly.

One more thing. Many organizations like to include their IT expenses in their yearly budget and know what they’re paying. We offer a fixed, monthly agreement so there’s no guessing games or surprises, as to how much your expenses will be.

Our fixed, monthly services include management, monitoring, and maintenance PLUS unlimited support.


Our Service Tiers


BRONZE  “Break/Fix”

Support in this tier is simply billed at an hourly rate. You call us when you need us.

SILVER “Network Monitoring, Hourly Support”

Support in this tier is billed at a lower hourly rate, because we’re monitoring your network. Although we can’t prevent everything from breaking, we can try to intervene before something major happens.  Monitoring is a separate monthly fee and includes endpoint security.

GOLD– “Network Management and unlimited support”

Support is unlimited, based on a reoccurring monthly fee. This tier includes all Management, Monitoring, and Maintenance*.


Management, Monitoring, and Maintenance


Our managed IT package includes:

  • Network monitoring and connectivity
  • Software monitoring, addition/deletion
  • Managing installations and upgrades
  • Network provisioning or virtualization
  • Performance monitoring
  • Licensing renewals
  • Maintenance and Patch Management
  • Workstation and Server Maintenance
      • Performed on a scheduled monthly basis
      • Performed remotely, which saves your business money
      • Implement any Windows updates, security patches and runtime updates
      • Helps to ensure that your workstations/servers are running at full capacity and that you are fully protected from any known security vulnerabilities
  • Physical Clean Out of Workstations
      • Technician will come to your business and physically rid workstations of any dirt, dust, or debris that may build up (travel not included) for up to 2 hours. If it is predetermined it will take longer than 2 hours, we will bill additional hours at a discounted rate of $50/hr and will be scheduled by our technician at your convenience.
      • Helps with maintenance of the workstations
      • Build up can cause overheating and power failure
  • Bitdefender Endpoint Security
      • Multi-layered protection model with a combination of signatures, heuristics, and behavioral monitoring to prevent malicious attacks
      • Endpoint Client Security features include antivirus, antimalware, firewall, and browser protection
  •  Automated daily and weekly scans
